Trampoline Training

The trampoline is a great cross training tool to progress and improve both freestyle and freeride snowboarding while in Whistler.

Trampolining will improve your physical & core snowboard strength and balance & air awareness in a fun safe environment. For those looking to grow their bag of tricks, learn a range of grabs, rotations (180, 360, 540, 720 & 1080), flat spins, cork spins, rodeo, off axis rotations and inverts. Learning to visualise and feel a trick is important to progressing whether it is your first time in the air or learning a new grab or spin while being able to sense where your body is in the air and keep it under control.
