Snowboard Trampoline Training
The trampoline is a great cross training tool to progress and improve both freestyle and freeride snowboarding while in Whistler.
Trampolining will improve your physical & core snowboard strength and balance & air awareness in a fun safe environment. For those looking to grow their bag of tricks, learn a range of grabs, rotations (180, 360, 540, 720 & 1080), flat spins, cork spins, rodeo, off axis rotations and inverts. Learning to visualise and feel a trick is important to progressing whether it is your first time in the air or learning a new grab or spin while being able to sense where your body is in the air and keep it under control.
Pro Ride trampoline sessions are run at Whistlers Bounce Acrobatic Academy, open 7 days a week for drop in and private training sessions. Private training sessions are included on all camps of 4 weeks or longer and available for all 1 & 2 week camps for a small fee.
The Bounce 101 trampoline facility has wall to wall trampolines, a foam pit, tumble track and supertramp. Campers have access to foam boards and boxes to get a real feel for being on the snow.
